Snickerdoodle Blondies

Ingredients
1.5 c. unsalted butter, softened
1.5 c. sugar
1.25 c. brown sugar
7 egg whites
4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
4 c. all-purpose flour (or sub 4.5 cups almond flour)
1 tsp. salt
1.25 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
cinnamon-sugar, for sprinkling

5 Quick Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 9-x-13” pan with butter.

2. Beat the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Add to wet ingredients and beat until just combined.

3. Transfer batter to pan and press evenly throughout. Sprinkle top with cinnamon-sugar.

4. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.

5. Eat with a bowl of vanilla ice cream if served as a dessert. If served for breakfast {uuhmmm, Shanik}, serve with fresh berries.
